Screen Printing

Screen printing is a technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. This method is usually done on garments and tote bags, and requires a minimum order of 20 units. This can be spread across a selection of items, i.e. a mixture of shirts and jumpers to add to a total of 20. We are there for you from start to finish, assisting you with artwork preparation, choosing your garments and achieving the print you envision. As all jobs will vary in cost depending on size, colours used, garments selected and inks required, a price list is impossible to create. So, please contact us for obligation free quote to get accurate pricing.

DIRECT TO GARMENT

Direct-to-garment printing, or DTG, is a process of printing on textiles using specialised aqueous ink jet technology. This process gives us the opportunity to provide one off prints for events, birthdays or special occasions, as well as allows us to do smaller quantity runs for businesses with a smaller budget. We can also print on demand for companies not wishing to sit on stock, reducing waste and therefore being a more sustainable option.
